In the event that you have misordered or changed your mind, Parr Cabinet Design Center will accept returned products for the purchased price, minus a 20% restocking fee. To qualify, product must be in its original packaging and not be previously installed.
Since special order product is designed and manufactured to your individual measurements and color selection, Parr Cabinet Design Center does not except returns on special ordered products.
There is no charge if the replacement product is an exact item that:
Was damaged during shipping from the manufacturer.
Falls under the Manufacturers Limited Warranty time frame.
Does not meet the manufacturers standard for quality manufacturing
Please contact the Parr Cabinet Design Center branch where original purchase took place to authorize return.
Product that has been installed is not eligible for return
Modified product is not eligible for return
All returned products must be in original packaging
Photographs may be required to process the return
